Introduction
We know more than a thousand songs by heart. This allows us to take an impressive number of special requests at tables and the response to that is tremendous. The lead violinist Patrice Painchaud has notably worked for Cirque du Soleil, was soloist with the Quebec Symphonic Orchestra and performed for the Parliamentary Confederation of the Americas where 108 countries were represented. Musicianship is paramount and to convey this, we are using top of the line equipment such as Sennheiser wireless microphones and AER amplifiers.
Duo
Composed of the violinist Patrice Painchaud and a guitarist.
Trio
The violinist Patrice Painchaud accompanied by a guitarist and a double bassist.
The Painchaud Quartet
The violinist Patrice Painchaud, the violinist Kattialine Painchaud, accompanied by a guitarist-pianist and a double bassist. Electronic piano included.
Traditional music
All of these assemblages can easily be converted in a traditional setting. Folkloric music and songs, knee-slapper spoon lesson, virtuoso fiddling tunes, everybody on the floor for a square dance!
Specifications
The arrival time and end of performance are contained within a 4½ hours time slot. Extra time available. Music at tables or on the stage. Background music or lively sets depending on your objectives.
Complementary
If desired, we offer for free a short spectacular and interactive performance towards the end of the engagement. Small amplification and wireless microphones included.
